ColivingScout is an independent coliving research site. It publishes 55 destination guides, 11 country guides, 30 practical guides and a directory of 122 named coliving spaces, each linked to its operator or marketplace page. It does not take bookings or sell placements. It is operated by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd and published alongside TravelShifu (travel guides) and FlightLogic (airport guides).
Who runs ColivingScout
ColivingScout is owned and operated by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17250017). The company was founded by Kaiser Khan, who also founded our companion sites TravelShifu and InstantDeedPoll. Guides are published by the ColivingScout editorial team under our editorial policy.
What ColivingScout does
We answer the questions people ask before moving into a shared home: which city and neighbourhood suit their routine, which named spaces are worth comparing, what the whole stay will really cost, and what to confirm in writing before paying. Every destination guide starts with a short answer, then shows the areas, named options, reference facts and sources behind it.
What we do not do
- We do not take bookings or payments. You book with the operator or marketplace.
- We do not publish invented prices, review scores, “verified” badges or availability claims.
- We do not sell rankings or placements. Inclusion in the directory is an editorial decision.
- We do not give visa, legal or tax advice. We point to official sources.
How ColivingScout is funded
No affiliate booking links are active today, so the source links in our directory earn nothing. If we add partner links, they will be labelled where they appear and explained in our partner-link disclosure. Commercial relationships never decide which spaces we list or what we say about them.
Our companion sites
ColivingScout is part of a small group of independent travel publications from the same publisher. Each covers a different part of the trip, and we link between them where it helps a reader.
